Getting Help
The easiest way to get help is right within POP Peeper itself: click on the '?' button on the bottom-right
of the main interface or the top-right (in the titlebar) for other windows. Then click on the control that
you need help with and it will open the help file for that item. Additional information can also
be found in the documentation, such as how you can protect yourself from viruses by using POP Peeper and how
you can customize POP Peeper.
If you can't find what you're looking for in the Help Documentation, there are several resources on
poppeeper.com that you can use:
- Known Issues -- WebMail sites are constantly changing and sometimes
the change affects POP Peeper. If a recent change occurred and has not been addressed in POP Peeper yet,
it will be listed on the Known Issues page. The page will also list recent updates so you can see if there
is a fix available.
- Frequently Asked Questions -- The FAQ contains many specific questions that may
answer your question. It is divided into sections and is searchable so you can easily find what you're
looking for.
- Forums -- If you have a problem, then there's a chance that someone else has
had the problem too. Check out the Forums to find out.
